Employees working 50 percent time or more for at least one year and eligible for primary retirement benefits are eligible for: 

UC requires all employees who enroll family members in their medical, dental, and/or vision insurance plans to provide documents to verify their family members' eligibility for coverage. UnifyHR administers the verification process for UC.

Does a union represent you?

Your union’s contract with UC governs your retirement benefits. As a result, your benefits may be different than the benefits outlined here. Please refer to your collective bargaining agreement for details.

For example, if you are in an eligible appointment represented by AFSCME or UPTE, you are automatically enrolled in the UCRP Modified 2013 Tier.
